Seeing the inefficiencies in our current healthcare model inspired Dr. Wilson and her husband Jim to start Mammo Rad PC. The simple idea is to bring women’s imaging to the providers and drastically improve their patient experience in the process. Regular screening mammography is the gold standard for early breast cancer detection.
Dr. Anna Wilson is the President of Mammo Rad PC. She also serves as the Medical Director of Insight Imaging located in Grass Valley, CA and is a Board-Certified Radiologist with subspecialty fellowship training in breast imaging. She served as a medical director of a breast center in Billings, MT for three years as well as a radiology medical director at an ambulatory hospital in Miles City, MT.
Dr. Wilson completed her residency training in diagnostic radiology at the Beaumont Hospital System located in the greater Detroit area. Following her residency Dr. Wilson completed subspecialty training in breast imaging at Univeristy of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr. Wilson is board certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology and is a member of the Society of Breast Imaging, American College of Radiology, and the American Osteopathic Association.
In her free time, Dr. Wilson enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 active children. She is also an expert baker and loves to serve her family, neighbors, and church community.
Mr. Wilson is the Chief Operating Officer at Mammo Rad PC. His background is in business management and law. Together with his wife, he has been working in the healthcare business since purchasing their first imaging center in 2019.
Besides work in the healthcare industry, Mr. Wilson enjoys real estate projects, anything outdoors related, and spending time with his family.
